A poem in honor of IPad Announcement Eve:

'Twas the night before Apple

held the Great Event.

All the bloggers were blogging

predictions rampant.

The fanboys and fangirls

sat up in their beds,

Whilst visions of Mac tablets

danced in their heads.

And Steve, in his turtleneck

pressed his remote,

And practiced the timing

for his new Keynote.

The press oohed and aahed

at the Tablet displayed

The Internet twittered

"We want it! We'll pay!"

Sir Steve merely smiled

and then he did state,

"I give you my tablet

My best work to date."

"Go now, one and all!

To the Apple Store--fly!

The iPad is here!

New world order is nigh!
